Radha Kalyana Mandapam A/C situated at Chromepet, Chennai 44. It is the only Kalyana Mandapam at South Chennai with attractively low rent charging below non a/c rates for an Air conditioned Marriage Hall.
The Hall is designed to have a multi functional utility. It is designed for only for conducting marriages, but also for other functions like – Engagement Function, Birthday Parties, Seemantham, Sathaabhishekam, Poonal, Kathu Kuththal Ceremony, Manjal Neerattu Vizha, Maru Veedu Azhaippu, Post Wedding Reception , Nupital, Infant Baptism Ceremony, Christian Naming Ceremony for Children, Bedrothal, Nikah, Sunnah, Walimah, Bismillah Ceremony, Satwacha, Chilla etc.
The back ground of the Air Conditioned Hall is so designed that appropriate religious posters – Banners (Hindu , Christian, Muslim) are displayed catering to all religious Communities. Wall paintings at many places are tastefully drawn and placed at the halls to enable to conduct varied activities/ functions at the Marriage Halls ; to mention a few like – Annual meets of Management Associations, Trade union Associations, Corporates, Anniversary Functions, Farewell Parties, Get together Parties, Welcome parties, Send-Off Parties, Alumni Functions, Marketing Meets, Conference, Seminars, Product Promotion Meetings.
The Hall is well suited to conduct Music Concert, Arangetram, Cultural Programme, Religious Meetings. Mandapam has stunning Exteriors with well lit high power sodium vapour lamps all around. Upto 700 persons can be seated in the Mandapam, Upto 150 persons can dine at the Mandapam. Mandapam has totally 5 rooms ;4 Air Conditioned rooms of which 2 are with attached bathroom, latrine and wardrobe besides one Non A/c Room. All the rooms are provided with Cot. To facilitate guests staying for 2 days are more - Pillows, bedsheets, Jamakkaalams, Paays, are provided ; for which no charges are levied. Paalar drinking water for cooking and drinking purposes is provided free of cost. Mandapam has 7 common bathrooms, 2 western type toilets and 5 no common Bombay type toilets.
To have ever lasting memory of the customers who conduct functions at Mandapam, photos are taken covering the event and posted in this website free of cost. It is the only Mandapam in Chennai providing this extra service.
· Standby 3 phase Genset to run all Air Conditioned Units , fans, lights, focus lamps etc can be arranged on additional payment request ; for which sufficient infra structure is available at Mandapam
· Complete compliance with Fire Department regulations.
· Mandapam can be booked for half a day , Full day and for 2-3 days.
· Rent for half a day is Rs8000/-. Advance inclusive of Caution Deposit is Rs13000/-
· For half a day bookings time is either from 4AM to 2PM or 2PM to 10PM
· Rent for Full day is Rs16000/-. Advance inclusive of Caution Deposit is Rs26000/-
· For Full Day time reckoned is from 2PM the previous day to next day 2PM
· 50% advance is to be paid at the time of Registration/booking .
· Balance 50% advance to be paid one week before the function date.
· No amount paid shall be refunded if Booking is cancelled on the subsequent date after the Booking.
· For utilizing other services and packages indicated in our web site, rates will be informed after finalizing the packages to be availed. 100% advance payment has to be made for availing other services / packages.
· Mandapam is totally smoke free as special equipments are installed to suck smoke and heat from Homakundam and Kitchens.
· Non Vegetarian food items are allowed to be cooked – prepared in the Mandapam ; BUT NO UTENSILS SHALL BE PROVIDED AT THE MANDAPAM. Utensils can be hired from nearby shops for this purpose – there is no dearth of shops nearby supplying utensils for this purpose.To prepare non vegetarian items like chicken/mutton briyani at the Mandapam 2 specially designed gas stoves are provided. Mandapam has list of expert master cooks who will prepare briyani items at Mandapam.
