The year 1998 saw Comtech Services turning to a private limited company renamed as Anwesha Comtech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. (ACEPL). Since then, with its strong and dedicated work force, the company has undertaken a variety of jobs and strengthened its position in the Construction Industry by timely completion of jobs and focusing on delivering quality.

In the year 2008 ACEPL became a subsidiary of Indian Oil Tanking Infrastructure & Energy Services Limited and was renamed as IOT Anwesha Engineering & Construction Limited (IOTAEC). This not only gave the company a brand name but also provided the requisite financial strength for undertaking large size Projects.

IOTAEC has today an enviable track record in the field of Design, Supply, Fabrication, Erection, Welding, Painting and Commissioning of large field erected cone, dom and floating roof tanks.

IOTAEC also has a manufacturing facility catering to the needs of Clients across industry. The workshop ably and adequately supports Site Operations. IOTAEC is in the process of setting up a State of the Art Fabrication facility which is expected to be operational in June 2012.
