For going through legal procedures there is a law made for each and every function of the Government and hence there is a process for it, but the awareness level of the same is extremely low. Jawabdo is a single platform where a person can find all the information related to Government Schemes and Processes of Governmental Department by simplifying them via digital platform and provide them assistance for the same including all steps involved in a chronological order. We facilitate all the information about documents need to be attached with the application, where to apply, reference website link, office/officer’s address, time limit, Citizen Charter etc. and we provide relevant documents like blank form, sample filled form for free of cost.
In the absence of information about our statutory rights, many times we cannot take appropriate steps against the wrong happened to us or cannot reach the right platform. In Jawabdo we introduce to people to their power of rights by stepwise guidance about that function so that the person could complaint through our complaint section.
Here we facilitate an option of Filing an RTI (Right to Information Act) in which if there is unavailability of facts, numbers, and other information so that a person can file an RTI through it. Even if a common man is not able to do it by himself/herself; we have another option for him/her. Jawabdo will do it for the common man for which we are going to charge a minimal convenient fee.
